In 1987 The first Therapeutic Community was build in Israel, which was inspired by the late Mrs. Aviva Nadger. Today, the orginazation operates two therapeutic communities and two halfway houses and gives an answer to 150 people. Due to the organization, over 1000 drug addicts have returned to a normal way of life. In the Community Ilanot there is also a theapeutic unit for addicted mothers and their children.
